To order a subscription, send a check for $40 for an individual subscription, or $50 if you wish to be a supporting subscriber. We publish the names of supporting subscribers in every issue. If you work for an organization (university, corporation, association) that is paying for your subscription, we charge an institutional rate of $70. We charge a higher rate because we assume that there will be other readers for each issue. Subscribers outside the U.S., add $15 to cover international mailing costs.
